  • peanut 5g
  • garlic 2
  • Hot chilli 2
  • Som Tam sauce 50g
  1. Pound garlic and chilli thoroughly transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add kernel corn, dried shrimp, long bean, tomato, pickled crab and Som Tam sauce in mixing bowl. And toss well.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetable.

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  1. Blanch long bean in hot boiling water until just cooked. Transfer to soak in cold water. Drain
  2. Heat oil and put prawn. Fry until cooked, Add Shrimp paste stir fried sauce and long bean.
  3. Fry to combine. Cook until it is done.

Khao soi kai

  • Khao soi paste (Northern style noodle sauce) 1 packet
  • Coconut milk 500g
  • Water 500g
  • Chicken 400g
  • Egg noodle
  1. Put water and Khao soi Paste into a pot. Follow with the chicken and coconut milk.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer until the chicken is tender.
  2. Soak egg noodle in boil water.
  3. Arrange egg noodle on a serving bowl and serve with the hot Khao soi soup.

  • rice (uncooked) 3 cups (400g)
  • hot water 500ml
  1. Heat rice cooker
  2. Add cooking oil then fry ginger, garlic and shallot till fragrant.
