HOW TO COOK

Green papaya salad

  • Green papaya 100g (peeled and shredded)
  • long bean 25g
  • tomato 25g
  • Dried shrimp 5g
  • peanut 5g
  • garlic 2
  • Hot chilli 2
  • Som Tam sauce 50g
  1. Pound garlic and chilli thoroughly transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add kernel corn, dried shrimp, long bean, tomato, pickled crab and Som Tam sauce in mixing bowl. And toss well.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetable.
