chilli 24%, soybean oil 24%, sugar 14%, wild ginger 12%, garlic 8%, fish sauce 5.4%, pepper 4%, kaffir lime leave 4%, lemon grass 2%, galangal 2%, salt 2%, monosodium glutamate (INs621) and Disodium 5’ ribonucleotide (INS635) as Flavour enhancer 0.1%

HOW TO COOK

Pad Cha (stir fried with spicy fresh herbs)

  • Pad cha paste 1 packet
  • Squid 200g
  • Mussel 150g
  • Kaffir lime leaves 2-3
  • Basil leave 2-3
  1. Squid and Mussel blanch in boiling water until done.
  2. Heat Pad cha paste until hot. Add squid and mussel stir together and mix well.
  3. Add kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves stir again.
  4. Remove from heat. Serve
