HOW TO COOK

Fried chicken with Black pepper sauce

• Black pepper sauce 1 packet
• Chicken ( cut into pieces ) 300g
• vegetable( onion,chilli) 100g
• oil 1 tbsp

1. Heat oil in a wok. Add chicken fried until cooked. Add Black pepper sauce. Stir together
   add vegetable.
2. Fry until everything is cooked.
3. Serve

HOW TO COOK

Fried noodle with Chao min sauce

• Chao min Sauce 1 packet
• Noodle 250g
• Meat or seafood 100g
• Vegetable ( carrot,chilli,spring onion)
• Oil 3 tbsp

1. Put oil in a wok and heat over medium heat. Add meat fry until cooked. Add Chao min sauce, noodle and vegetable. Fry together and mix well.

Chicken with Sichuan sauce

• Sichuan sauce 80g
• Chicken 250g
• Bell pepper 60g
• Cashew nuts 30g
• Dice onion 50g
• Spring onion 20g
• Dried chillies 10g
• Oil
• Conflour 3-4 tbsp

1. slice chicken and mix it with conflour
2. after that warm oil and fry chicken until its color changed.
3. fry cashew nuts and dry chillies until done
4. peel and dice bell pepper and onion
5. cut spring onion in pieces
6. warm sichuan sauce and then add chicken,vegetable,dry chillies and cashew nuts, stir well
7. Serve
