HOW TO COOK
- Heat the soup stock or water 2 cups (500g) bring to boil then add Chef Yuree Tom Yam Paste 1 sachet (80g) contimue to the boil.
- Add the shrimp or sliced chicken 200g and mushroom 100g. Simmer for about 3 minutes until the shrimp or chicken are cooked.
- Garnish with a few spring onion and coriander leave and serve hot.
